  1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for booking, payment, cancellation, and stay at the property.

Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

  1. Booking

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total stay amount.

Without this deposit, no reservation can be guaranteed.

The remaining balance is payable according to the conditions communicated prior to arrival or at the latest upon check-out.

  1. Rates

Rates are quoted in EUR, including taxes [excluding tourist tax].

Rates are subject to change at any time; however, the confirmed booking will be charged according to the rate agreed at the time of reservation.

  1. Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation conditions apply:

5.1 Late cancellation

For any cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival, the 50% deposit is fully non-refundable.

5.2 Early cancellation

For any cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit may be converted into a credit for a future stay, valid for 12 months and subject to availability.

5.3 No-show

In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay is due and no refund will be issued.

5.4 Early departure

Any shortened stay is fully non-refundable.

  1. Booking modifications

Any request for modification (dates, length of stay, number of guests) is subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.

  1. Check-in / Check-out
  • Check-in: from 12:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 01:00 PM

Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional charges.

  1. Room occupancy

Rooms are reserved based on the number of guests indicated at the time of booking.

Any change in occupancy must be communicated in advance and may result in a rate adjustment.

  1. Conduct and house rules

Guests agree to respect the property, other guests, and staff.

Any inappropriate behavior, disturbance, or failure to respect house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

  1. Liability

The property declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.

Guests remain fully responsible for their personal effects.

  1. Force majeure

The property shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, major disruptions, etc.).

  1. Personal data

Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for managing reservations and stays.

Data is never shared with third parties without consent.

Guests may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.

  1. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent Moroccan courts.

  1. Acceptance of terms

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
